ACTIVE COMPONETS   Troper carries a complete line of Fiber Optic active components. The list that follows is a listing of the many items related to active components.   LEDS Troper offers two types of LEDs. Our surface emitting (SLED)are used primarily for multimode short haul communication links and sensors. They are made of GaAlAs or InGaAs and emit at 850 or 1300nm respectively. Our edge emitting LEDs (ELED) are used predominantly with singlemode fiber optic communication links and instrumentation. They are made of InGaAsP and emit at 1300 or 1500nm.
