Electrical System:

 

·         Used for PLC, PC-based, Single Chip Micro Controller, and HMI training.

·         Used for the training of enclosed twelve SENSORS and their applications.

·         Used for the training of enclosed twelve-type robotic arms and their applications.

·         Used for the training of enclosed DC motors, AC motors with brakes, stepping motors, servo motors, and their applications.

·         Used for the training of the controls by colors, material, label, height of objects, positions, with the enclosed PLC I/Os, conveyors, robotic arms, motors, and their integrated applications.

·         Used for individual training of each separated system or integrated applications. These systems are easily connected together in twelve minutes with our special design of quick connection.

·         T-slot frame design.

Mechanical System:

·        Adjustable frame design for robotic arms, conveyors, easy, quick, and flexible assembly.

·        Mechanisms and components for automation include guides, clamps, screws, liner motions, angular motions, gears and racks, cranks, linkages, cams, flat belts, timing belts, brakes, governors, positioners, slides, bearings, springs, guide rods, and their applications.

·        Twelve practical different mechanical designs for moving objects from position A to position B. They are used frequently for industrial applications and adequate for the training of mechatronic engineering.

 

Curriculum Cover: 

 

Mechanical System:

·         Mechanisms and components for automation include guides, clamps, screws, liner motions, angular motions, gears and racks, cranks, linkages, cams, flat belts, timing belts, brakes, governors, positioners, Adjustable frame design for robotic arms, conveyors, easy, quick, and flexible assembly.

·         Mechanisms and components for automation include guides, clamps, screws, linear motions, angular motions, gears and brakes, positioners, slides, springs, guide rods, conveyors and their applications.

·         Application involved also pneumatic and electro-pneumatic components like cylinder, solenoid valve, service unit, etc.

·         Mechanical designs for moving objects from position A to position B. They are used frequently for industrial applications and adequate for the training of mechatronic engineering.

·         Use the principles of mechanism design and integrated approaches to the mechanical transmission system design, such as the mechanism designs for the conversion of circular motion to linear motion, and their comparisons.

·         Apply the principles of Mechanism and Dynamics to practical problems. 

·         Build up the capability of creative mechanism design.

·         Learn the fundamental knowledge of the advanced sophisticated mechanism design.

·         Practice the knowledge of material selection, component selection, GD&T, mechanism reliability, surface finish and treatment, the analysis of motion trajectory, the design skills of anti-vibration, anti-loosen, and anti-rusty.

·         Use the applied mechanism design and integrated skills for U-shape trajectory motion designs and their comparisons.

·         Design automatic machinery.

·         Maintain and repair automatic machinery.

·         Assemble automatic machinery.

Control System:

·         Used for PLC, PC-based, Single Chip Micro Controller, and HMI training.

·         Provide the training for the fundamental PLC skills, includes Instruction Command and Ladder Diagram programming, and the optional controls of timer, counter, relay, motor, seven-segment display, solenoid, push button, thumb wheel, and data transfer
