Introduction:
In the late nineties of the 20 century, development of large-scale IC technology extensive application of I2C bus control circuits (single chip super large-scale IC), and the introduction, digestion, assimilation, popularization, application of color TV have made large-scale single chip circuit become the most important part in color TV industry, A/D, D/A conversion circuits, functional diversification of interfaces, development of video & audio double digital processing circuits have bring new concepts and ideas to design, production and maintenance.
The leading TB1238 technology of Toshiba company (Japan) (includes all the functions of PAL and NTSC TV sets with SECAM decoding circuits) has reduced the periphery components greatly. The technology adopts microcomputer technology to regulate the parameters of all circuits automatically, which has improved the stability, reliability, and longevity of circuits greatly, the rise and application of digital circuit technology have made all the functions and technical indexes of color TV improved to a new level, people enjoy color TV both in vision and hearing more than before. The simplified circuits have made color TV cheap in price, remarkable in quality and won a lot of customers.
Features:
1) Selects the most updated typical circuit in our country, so it is universal, the circuit is mainly composed of 3 processing chips:
A) TB1231, single-chip PAL/NTSC TV signal processing circuit, and the internal circuits are mainly AF processing circuit, mid-frequency circuit, brightness, chroma signals processing circuit and line, field scanning processing circuit.
B) TB1238N single-chip PAL/NTSC/SECAM TV signal processing circuit, the internal circuits are mainly characters control system, clock system and input/output system.
C) TCLM5C01 or TMP87CH38N as CPU, and embedded software into internal circuits to compose 2 groups of I2C bus interfaces to fulfill control and storage of all analogy signals and to read the information from memory to fulfill automatic regulation and output.
2) Has leakage, electric shock, short circuit, and overload protection, uses cold bottom board and has insulation transformer as dual protection for the switching power supply, has line output transformer inside to avoid high-voltage electric shock, can display line voltage and line current.
3) The experiment board has circuit drawings, testing points, adjustment points on the board. They can be divided into 3 big parts and 3 small parts according to functions.
4) 40 faults simulation & demonstration switches provided, besides one set on the table, there is another set of hidden fault points under the board for teachers to test students.
5) Adopt TMP87CK38N integrated remote control circuit, can receive programs of 100 channels and produce over 20 functional menus.
6) The display system of the color TV includes 54cm (21 inches) plane right-angle & high-resolution color kinescope, blue screen bottom, and English manual, over 20 regulation functions inside can be fulfilled through remote controller or manual operation.
