Each dial consisting of 10 steps, housed in powder coated cabinet. Application: Precision variation of capacitance from 1000pF to11.11mF in steps of 1000pF. Very useful in any modern laboratory engaged in research, design and development of electronics circuits; such as AC bridges, amplifiers, oscillators, pulse circuits, filter networks, etc., by accurate substitution. Uses polystyrene and polycarbonate capacitors of 1% tolerance, thereby ensuring, accuracy constancy and stability of operation. These capacitors have extremely low power factor. They are also non-inductively wound. Note: Polystyrene and polycarbonate capacitors have very high insulation resistance. Consequently, they are high time constant of several hours. Each dial consisting of 10 steps, housed in powder coated cabinet.   Application: General purpose laboratory precision instrument whose inductance value can be varied from 0.1mH to 10H, in steps of 0.1mH. Used in modern laboratories engaged in research, design and development  of  electronic circuits,  filter networks, equialisers, tuned circuits, oscillators, frequency analysers, etc. in audio and low radio frequency regions, as a temporary substitution for finding optimum value of inductance. Can be used upto 10MHz.
