New Remote Control Servo Motor (RCS-50) The RC (remote control) servo is made up of a DC motor, gear reduction, output shaft, middle shaft with position feedback, and a control PC board. The output shaft is limited to approximately 180 degrees of rotation, but is normally used in a 90 degree range.the output shaft can be moved quickly or slowly to any position with several horns |

1. FEATURES
The New RC servo motor is a self contained rotational positioning assembly originally designed to position the control surfaces on RC Toys. It is made up of a DC motor, gear reduction, output shaft with position feedback, and a control PC board. The output shaft is limited to approximately 180 degrees of rotation, but is used in a 90 degree range. The output shaft(one side, middle side) can be moved quickly or slowly to any position. Several interchangeable brackets, called horns, can be installed onto the output shaft (one side , middle side) to provide motion to the outside world. These servos are strong, light weight, reliable, yet easy to setup and control. This servos can easily be used in robotics with basic microcontrollers. All of the servos require a remote control unit, a microcontroller, or a dedicated servo controller to provide the positioning pulses.

5. How-To Controlling Servo
Control of a servo is as simple as providing a pulse as illustrated to the right. These pulses come from GuiBasic or PBasic microcontroller, or the SSC Serial Servo Controller by plugging them in, and running the appropriate software. The normal range is from 1mS to 2mS for 90 degrees of rotation. Up to 180 degrees of rotation may be achieved using the .5mS to 2.5mS range, however, care must be taken not to go beyond the servos mechanical limitations. The pulse off time should be around 20mS and is not critical. The servo control system is proportional, so you can position the servos output shaft anywhere in between the limits.
6. How-To Servo Modification
This Motor can use it as the picture.

6. How-to making DC Motor Modification
- Refer to Manual (it's easy)
7.Using Servo Motor For Assembling Robotic Kits
It is an assembling robot as block type is bulit with main module, several server motor, connected construction, elements etc, you can make all kind of robots by the system. Software for access of the robot is controled by EzBasic, EzLab etc. Access language is C, basic so from beginners to experts is able to program easily.

Caution -----------------------------------------
-
Refer to the usage before use.
-
Don't spin the wheels by force, it would be a problem of the motor.
-
Don't put it in water.
-
Don't store it in high or low temperatered, dusty, high-humidity place.
